1. Service Location
We currently accept and fulfill bulk orders within Bangalore.
2. Delivery & Transportation Policy
Srivian does not include free delivery in the bulk-order product price. If the customer requires delivery, the complete delivery/courier/transportation cost will be paid by the customer.
This policy helps us offer the best possible bulk-order product discounts while keeping transportation costs transparent and separate.
3. Delivery & Collection Options
Collect your bulk order directly from our designated Bangalore pickup atelier at no extra charge.
Arrange your own delivery partner, vehicle, or courier service with full coordination on pickup timing.
We arrange climate-controlled courier/transportation at actuals, communicated and paid prior to dispatch.
4. Important Notes
Bulk order discounts apply strictly to the agreed chocolate product and packaging, and do not include transportation unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
