Bulk Order Terms & Conditions
To provide the best possible pricing for bulk orders, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
1. Bulk Order Discounts & Scope
We are happy to offer special discounts for bulk quantities. The discount depends on the product, quantity ordered, box selected, and customization requirements.
When a discounted bulk-order price is offered, the price covers the specified chocolate product and selected packaging/box as agreed with the customer. It does not automatically include additional nuts, seeds, extra chocolate pieces, or complimentary fillings unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
2. Ingredients & Box Selection
If you choose a discounted bulk-order price, we do not add arbitrary quantities of nuts or fillers just to increase box weight. If you require specific premium ingredients, they can be added based on availability and may involve an additional cost.
The box displayed on the website represents one of our currently available designs. For bulk orders, box selection is based on availability, quality, design, and suitability for the required quantity. Srivian reserves the right to suggest or select an alternative box that matches your requirement as closely as possible.
3. Bulk Order Samples Policy
- Sample Availability: Sample boxes are available so you can inspect the chocolate taste, quality, presentation, and packaging before confirming a bulk order.
- Delivery Charges: The sample product itself may be provided free of charge subject to discussion; however, courier/delivery charges for sending the sample are payable by the customer.
- Adjustment on Confirmation: When you confirm the bulk order, the eligible sample product cost is adjusted/treated as free as agreed during the bulk order discussion.
- No Obligation: If you decide not to proceed, you simply pay the sample product cost with no obligation to place a bulk order.
4. Final Bulk Order Confirmation
Before production, all order details are confirmed in writing: product selection, chocolate flavour, quantity, box design, ingredients, customization, final price, delivery charges, timeline, and payment terms. Once confirmed, handcrafted production begins according to the agreed specifications.
